Many factors are involved.
Both partners must be fertile. The man should have a sufficient amount of sperm, and the sperm should be strong enough to travel from the penis to the cervix.
The woman must have a womb healthy enough to support a baby.
An easy way to estimate the woman's fertility is when the discharge from the vagina (clear to whitish in color) can be stretched to about 3 inches between the thumb and finger.
Another way to determine the female's fertility is to monitor her menstruation, but this is effective only when the menstrual period is regular. It is too long to explain here, but there is a site that may be able to help you: IndiaParenting.com. There is typographical error in that site, simply replace the question marks (?) with apostrophes (').
Good luck.

Dont be in a hurry. Nature will take its course. But if you want to watch for it, women usually ovulate about 10-12 days from the day they started their mensus. (They do not ovulate evey month either) Ovulation extends for up to a week and if you have intercourse during this time you going to conceive. Some of the signs of ovulation are, mucousy discharge, slight pain on the stomach, depending on whcih overy the egg is being released, nausea and more orgasam. Pay close attention to your body and you can time it easily.

Do some research online before you spend a bunch of money on a fertility specialist. There are a lot of techniqes and stratagies that you can try on your own. Also, speak to your regular doctor and get his/her thoughts on the matter, they can often be a great help. My wife and I were married six years and headed into our thirties before our first was born, now we have to little girls helping to destroy what little sanity was left!!!!! Don't lose hope and keep trying.

First of all, you must keep loving ur husband, even if you do not conceive. I suggest just to keep trying. Try one thing seriously, Whenever you both are in good mood for sex, just pray the Almighty with devotion and then have full sex to your satisfaction. God will definitely help. It worked in our case. May be you also are the lucky one...

Do not worry. Worry only after 5 or more years.
Timing of having sex is quite important. Are you living alone or with parents or relatives or friends. Usually, this stress is bad for conceiving.
Try taking a long holiday together - no one to distract your sex life. Chances of getting pregnant is good.
