why i am poor?

Ask this question to the dirty-politicians who are crying and shouting and shedding crocodile tears to restore 'democracy' wherein these blood-suckers could take away your life's earning in the name of Income tax, VAT and such draconian measures so that they can build their palatial houses in Bangladesh as well as in UK, USA and such foreign countries and keep stolen money in Swiss Banks.

I can see so many 'poor' souls like you who are being used to throw brickbats and torching vehicles and lynching people on broad daylight by such political masters for a mere Taka 100 (about US$ 1.50) per day for destroying public properties. Now why complain in Y!A like "why I am poor?"

Now the shock treatment part is over. Please consider changing your fate by your own efforts. I know it is easy said than done. But believe me we can not look at our government or political leaders to show us direction in life. They themselves are misguided and their vision is marred with greed to come to power at any cost. Where is time they have to think for your job or your livelihood? As long as we the middleclass and lower middleclass people would tolerate such 'blackmailing' by our political leaders, I do not see any hope for you as well as your next generations in this country.

I did not want to disappoint you, but really feel terribly sorry that what we would do with the surging population in such a small country when our political leaders are so shamelessly fighting street battles and imposing Strikes and Blockades just so that they can scare the people and present caretaker government and somehow manage to go to power.

What else I can tell you about why we all are now poor in this country of ours?
