i'm One Up on that! thrice i've got gassed up and paid for $15 worth of gas with a twenty greenback bill and greatly surprised the station attendant inflicting him to furnish me back $4 substitute with the twenty decrease than it. Don't do it cameras will get the plate #.
Gas so high here you have to pay in advance or at pump.

I've done it before when I was younger, but they make you pay in advance now in most places, too many people wouldn't pay.
