Ok ........ so i have this friend actually she's my BFFL one of them atleast i have 2 others we're the sqare at our school. and my friend sarah was band royalty this year ( it's a christmas thing @ school) and i was thinking that since we're the only two 7th grade girls in band we could switch off every year but when i told her she said "no" "nobody likes you you're to mean to everyone!" but im the nice one. she's done other little things this year that have ticked me off but none like this and if i tell her i don't want to be friends with her the other two will follow her and then i won't have anyone they are all i have i feel like odd one out!!!!! what should i do!!!!!!! THANX!

Well....you could try and...distance yourself from this one friend. Be nice to the others, and be civil to the mean one, but don't really work hard at the friendship. Then you would still have the other two girls as friends, and you would hopefully not have to deal with the other as much.
