I want to replace my video card, but I need to know what adapter I have on my motherboard. (eg. AGP, PCI, PCI-E)

That does not tell much info... but for the old chip you are talking about... you need an AGP card.
You must look in your motherboard... read its manual..
But if you are planning to upgrade the card to play any latest games, you are going in the wrong direction, brcause today's games need monster machines and video cards with nano-nuclear turbo jet adapters and stuff..

Good luck

According to Nvidia's web site, you have an 8x AGP.

This chipset is too old to be PCI Express. You can still get some excellent cards. Check out the Nvidia 6800, 7600 and 7800 video cards. I have a 6800XT myself and it works great on all first person shooter games and RTS.
