I was wondering if anyone had any free forms for my new business. The forms I had in mind are along the lines of Checklist ( to use at the home), flyers, work orders, and service agreements. Once again I am new to this I have always been interested but never really went for it. As you can tell, I am going for it now and I need all the help in the world. If you have any tips or advice please share.
Thanks in advance.

The best way is to look into companies that have an online presence like Merry Maids etc... and use their forms that they might have online. Remember to jumble the formating and words around so you are not possibly breaking copyright laws.

Go to the library or bookstore and find books that deal wiht starting your own cleaning business, I know they are out there.

Remember to check into bonding and insurance issues that your business will need (at least 1 million in liability for a cleaning business). Of course you need to become chartered, etc...

I would suggest in offering as many free services as possible to get your foot in the door, so to speak. Good Luck

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* Start and Run a Home Cleaning Business by Susan Bewsey
* Start Your Own Cleaning Service (Entrepreneur Magazine's Start Ups) by Jacquelyn Lynn

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
