Is the Creative Zen Vision: M any good?

My Rio Carbon has been acting up lately, and basically it has met its end (volume switch is smashed and nonfunctional, and it freezes annoyingly often).

I've been thinking about investing in a 30GB Zen Vision: M. I've tried it out in some Best Buy stores and I love it. Any precautions I should take to make sure I don't break this one?
BTW, don't recommend me any iPods, I just don't like them.

yes, its great. i love mine. the software kinda sucks, but is manageable.
