I'm from Houston originally and I was confused by the pick. I was all for Reggie Bush but Vince Young was a close second. Looking at the year those guys are having, Young would have been the better choice. Carr hasn't lived up to what he was supposed to.

To pass on BOTH Reggie Bush or Vince Young will haunt the Texans for the rest of their existence!
They should have drafted either one, Bush or Young would have helped that team immensely. The Texans are run by a bunch of idiots!

Offernsive lineman D'Brickishaw Ferguson definately. Even had they drafted Reggie Bush they'd still have the same record as now because their O line is like Swiss Cheese. Without decent blockers you could have a guy as good as 1000 Reggie Bush or Vince Youngs and he'd still be getting pummeled allover the place.

You would first think Bush, cause um he was the best player available, but seeing how they cant sell seats down there, Young would have been the better choice, the game in Houston v.s. Tennessee was a sellout!!!! Draft Young, Trade Carr for a second round pick!!

I would have said A.J Hawk or Vince Young
Bush and Mario would maybe be my next choice.

the day of the draft, it should have been Bush and today that would still be a very good move to draft him, but V.Young would be a great move also plus he is from the Houston area and he would be a hometown hero.

D'Brickishaw Ferguson, i think he went to the jets, you can put all the reggie bushs and vince youngs in the world in the back field and they cant do squat without good linemen
