I cant really see any weakspot besides their absolutely garbage running game. Just kidding folks, Warren Sapp has been running the ball great all season for them. Another joke by me, he he. But seriously, what is it? Philip Rivers had a less than spectacular game, but they still killed the Chiefs. And also, why do all the sports analysists hate my Bears? They give New England a mulligan for thier shutout at the hands of Miami, they give the Saints a mulligan for that loss to the Redskins, but they be-rate and criticize the Bears when they WON in that close game versus Tampa.

its the wrs. their back up tight end has as many touchdowns as any wideout on the team. gates probably would not get as many as he does if rivers had anyone not named LT to throw to. a stud mlb is what it will/would take to stop them, Ray Lewis, or your Urlacher.

The only glaring weakspot the Chargers have is in their secondary. The bolts have historically had a history of getting torched on long passes and this year really isn't any different. It hasn't been as evident this season because their pass rush has been awesome.

Some of the other people who answered said their Head Coach and their Wideouts. After losing that nail biter to KC 8 weeks ago, the "Martyball" school of thought has left the building. Did you notice how they kept piling it on against Denver? Their wide receiving core, although not household names, are certainly on par with the rest of the league. Vincent Jackson is a stud.

With all that said, I think the only glaring weakness is the secondary.

Quarter back Philip Rivers, still young and WILL flinch if being pressured.

To stop the pass? Send a BLITZ, rough up the recievers (Including Antonio Gates) and get to Rivers in time.

To stop the run? Don't go to LT, go where HE will be going, let him come to you and don't fall for his jukes.

If your on Offence, go to the air and go fast, the Chargers Safetys and Corners are not as good as the recievers on the opposing team.

Shawn Marriman just gets to the QB too fast, so stop him, them stop the D.

And why do people hate your Bears?
2 reasons

-Because they are not Bear fans.
-Because Rex is not doing so well.

They are a strong team, don't get me wrong. But if the running game is slowed down and they expect Rivers to beat a well-coached team defense like the Patriots or Ravens, it could get interesting. Plus Marty has a history of losing playoff games so we'll have to see.

Chargers weakspot are themselves if they start making costly mistakes like throwing interceptions and fumbling the ball. As for your bears you can thank your lucky stars they won that game a game in which they blew a big lead and had to go into overtime to win it.

Chargers dont have a weak spot, and if they did, LT would cover for it and still win them the game. And people hate ur Bears cuz they are an easy team to hate. As I do. Grossman sucks, and Devin Hester is the only reason I even respect the Bears

I guess if it comes down to it in the Super Bowl, you would have to hope that the Chargers' weak spot is Brian Urlacher. If that is the Super Bowl match, the Chargers will probably be a 6 1/2 favorite.

Rivers, he was exposed against KC. Next, they can't stop the run...even with the juiced up Merriman.
Unless you OWN the bears, they're not your team.
(and they'll get run out of the play-offs in their first game). Sorry rook.

Ndmac summed up my opinion quite nicely; Marty is notable for choking in the playoffs.
