It is already deleted from the controle panel. But some things still run on internet explorer. Well they do at first... Then it kicks me off of whatever I am doing. Either that, or it doesn't even load the page all the way. How can I get EVERYTHING to run on Firefox?

You should research these things before hitting the delete button, You CANNOT remove it, Why? Windows Explorer is integrated into it, and you will end up messing the PC up to the point it won't work anymore, I use Firefox, and I leave the IE Browser just sitting there, don't use it either.. Your asking for more of a problem than you could pay someone like me to fix for you... Leave it alone.. It is integrated to Windows Explorer and they need each other to function properly....Good Luck

Deleting it from the screen is just a surface job.
The key is .....go to control panel of your desktop,
Then, ....go to the Remove/ Add programs icon
Click on the icon,.....then select the Internet Explorer icon ( which will have a choice of Add/ Remove button
Then, ...just select your choice on the button.

After all that, your Internet Explorer is off for good

It is too intertwined with windows to be able to remove it...if you try it will de-stabilize windows and you will have many problems. just don't use it.

You can't get it off completely, it is part of windows.
