There is a lot of lopsided discussion about George W. Bush by terrorist propaganda and Liberal Democrat political slander. Has anyone given thought to why Saddam baited us into thinking he had weapons of mass destruction? Could he have been shadowing Democratic trash talk to destroy George H.W. Bush politically as well as destroy the United States on various levels? Is it right for an American Political party to play that part for enemies of the United States? Will the Democrats wake up to reality?

You make a good point in saying that he baited us into believing the existence of WMDs.

He purposely did that, because he was constantly on the edge of war with Iran, and wanted every advantage he could have, psychologically or not.

And, in fact, a small cache of WMDs were found. Old as all get out, but still, found.

Saddam did put out a lot of WMD propaganda to make himself look more powerful in the Arab world. The evidence is very strong he once had chemical weapons which he used on the Kurds during the Iran/Iraq War. After losing in Kuwait, there seems to be more evidence he got rid of them prior to the 2nd invasion, called the War in Iraq, because the were never found

The fact remains, the Bush Admin cherry picked the intelligence used to justify the invasion. That the intelligence used was flawed, was known to anyone who bothered to read past the headlines in the media of that time.

Maybe the discussion is lopsided because it is true. To the faithful, it is inconvenient truth, but truth just the same.

You give Saddam Hussein far too much credit. He was not that brilliant to have such an elaborate scheme.
George Bush misled the American people into believing Saddam Hussein had stockpiles of "weapons of mass destruction" and was an "immanent threat" to the safety of the United States. For 12 years the UN weapons inspectors had been saying there was no WMD. It has since been proven that all WMD in Iraq was destroyed shortly after the Gulf War in 1991.

George H.W. Bush has destroyed Himself politically, and taken his party down with him.

Is it right to fall into the hands of the terrorists?

Obviously in a 1 vs 1 battle we'd kick any terrorist army's ***.

The problem is they play dirty. Tricking us into doing things that will hurt us in the long run. Like grab hold of Iraq so that we loose money and American lives. When will you wake up? You're the one who's falling into terrorists' hands. Keep thinking we're winning the war. We're not. You don't kill a weed just by cutting off what you see. You see where the root grows and you rip it all out. That's how fighting terrorism works. We have to see what makes them tick. They're not like a normal army.

But sure, everything's the democrat's fault. Uh huh, you don't look like a fool at all.

You need to wake up. Only person at fault is Bush and the right wing criminal party.

I hope one day people like you will wake up and realize how great freedom and liberty are
