What is the principal idea, or the "tesis", from Viktor Frankl's "Men search for meaning?"

That we can endure any situation if we find meaning in our purpose within that situation.

As Frankl says in the book, he who has a 'why' to live for can live with any 'how'. By the way, the title is Man's Search For Meaning.
