I think she is a great actress. She portrayed "Jackie" in the Roseanne Show, and was so believable! My all time favorite scene of Laurie's, in the Roseanne Show, was when their father died, and Laurie ("Jackie") had to call their elderly, nearly deaf aunt. Also, she appeared on Frasier, and recently on Desperate Housewives.

In the show Roseanne, Jackie was a lesbian; however, she's really not. Yes Sara Gilbert is a lesbian and a good mom, too. -C

I think she played her parts well in Scream 2 and Internal Affairs. I didn't like or watch Rosanne.

She was really annoying when she played Jackie on "Roseanne". I liked her acting when she was on "Desperate Housewives".

She is so talented that I'm surprised that she doesn't have a show of her own, I know I would watch.

she was so funny in that show roseanne and she was also good in her few appearances in desperate housewives!!!
