do all the practice and lessons and training that you can until you are the right age and then (if you are talented) you will outshine the competition. good luck.

how young? cos if u r under 10 your voice is not mature yet, noone can tell how would it be when u r 20 :p
or u can learn from JoJo xD

talent shows at school, county fairs, or other local area festivals would be a good place to start.
