It's very normal for you to measure a few cm one way or the other. You don't have to be "right-on"... If he were concerned he would've said something.

Yes, you're supposed to measure the same amount as the weeks you are pregnant. Your baby is fine. No one grows at a perfect rate and its not like you're 3 or more inches off. Don't worry so much, but ask your doctor any questions that come to mind. The last thing you want is to be confused about your pregnancy. Congrats and good luck!!

I'm the same way. I measure a week smaller. But I'm hard headed and would not take that I was a week less pregnant. So I got another sono done and it showed my baby at that time 29 weeks to measure....Head: 29 wks. Spine: 29 wks & 2 days. Legs: 30 wks. Abdomen: 25 wks & 3 days. I was really worried but he said he's sure its becuz the father and I are naturally tall and thin people. I wouldn't worry about it. Unless next time you o back and your uteris hasn't grown or is maturing slowly. Then they might have to do something.

What your doctor measured was the distance from the top of your pubic bone to the top of the fundus(upper region of the uterus). The measurement is in centimeters (cm). Statistically women measure the same number of weeks that they are pregnant, but it is completely normal to vary by a cm or two. Sounds like everything is right on track!

I worked at an OBGYN office and yes you are supposed to measure about the same number of weeks you are. Funny how I went through two pregnancies and didn't know that. But looks like you are measuring fine. Good luck.

in the beginning, sonograms are extremely purely an estimate and you particularly won't understand something until after the toddler is born. So i would not count completely on the end results of the ultrasound. some women instruct early, some instruct previous due, it certainly relies upon on her length (physique length and the size of her uterus) and the size of the toddler. no longer all women get morning illness the two, if she did no longer she's purely extremely fortunate! It sucks which you're questioning the paternity of the toddler, particularly once I can assist you recognize ought to extremely care approximately her plenty. regrettably you will in all possibility ought to attend until the toddler's born and get a paternity try accomplished. i'm unsure how confrontational you're, yet you need to attempt speaking on your lady pal's ex and ask him immediately up if something happened between them, guy to guy. It appears like she nonetheless has thoughts for him no rely if she needs to admit it or no longer, which isn't very stable for you. in case you particularly should be with this lady i think of you need to confer with the ex boyfriend and locate out what extremely happened by using fact possibility is he won't misinform you, particularly if he should be along with her too. possibly purely provide her some area for some days and then furnish to take her to dinner or something. Get her vegetation and purely tell her each and everything which you particularly opt to tell her. in this occasion you need to combat for her to be along with her, particularly if she isn't specific the place her heart lies.

That's fine. After 20 weeks the cm roughly correspond to how many weeks pregnant you are.

Yes, that number should be around the number of how many weeks you are. And you're perfectly fine! Congrats!
