Who did your taxes in 2003? did you hired someone? if you did; you can go to them ;they keep the records of your taxes for about 5 years, they can easily give you a copy.

Go to your boss from 2003 and next time remember to keep your tax records for at least 7 years. It is always a good idea to have a copy on file for that long for financial backups and credit applications.

Your employer from 2003 or if you filed your taxes using a tax preperation firm, they keep copies most of the time.

You should be able to contact your employer and get them. They may charge you a small fee, but I believe they need to keep all those records for at least 7 years.

Contact your state IRS. You can get this info from your employer or the local town hall. You can also contact H&R Block or the income tax man/person.

It is easy to do and usually doesn't cost anything.
