what year ? that will tell you the mileage ..
Could be the *** end tires . Just double cheak. you never know . cuz ur front wheel drive and all It could be the back end tricking you ( sorry if you dont understand what im saying.. Bad grammar )
If your milage it really high or somewhat in that range then you could have a SERIOUS problem . seems like your a smart guy with you cars though. Just need some help. If its nothing to do with Your tires/air pressures and theres not buldges on the sides.
Then it sounds more than likly that youre going to need to get an anlinement .
I know im a girl. but DONT judge me because of that , dad taught me alot about imports and domestics ( Awsome mechanic )

You may have balancing problems with the wheels or the tracking is Off centre. To confirm, drive in a straight line and at a slow speed and remove your hands from the wheel and see which way if any the car naturally vears towards. It should go gradually to the right. Any sudden lurch or sharp diversion should indicate the degree. Any Garage can verify the track set for the car. It should cost no more than about 40 Pounds.

Hope this helps.

I had this happen once a few years ago... In my case the rack and pinion steering unit was coming loose from where it bolted to the car.. after I tightened it up it steered like new... Jack up the front of the car on both sides and put it on stable jack stands.. then grab one of your front tires at the front and back of the tire with the steering unlocked, and pull on it causing it to turn left and right... There should not hardly be any play in it.. look for whatever is loose when you are moving it. Steering, tie rods ect.
