I know you are shopping for now, but here is something to think about for next year.

Next year is the 30th anniversary of Star Wars, and Lucas is working on an "ultimate anniv. set" that will likely contain all the movies and a lot of extras not available before (and hopefully the deleted scenes that he has been sitting on that haven't been put on any of the dvd releases). Maybe even true anamorphic widescreens of the non-special edition originals (not sure about that one, but I can hope). Lucas says the non-SE ones won't be available again, but it's hard to tell with him. He could be serious, or turn around and put them out again in anamorphic, or in a high def format... who knows.

So if you would by a set like that, you might want to hold off on getting a bunch of the SW movies now if you didn't want to buy everything now, then have to turn around and spend more money on the Anniv set.

wasn't conscious that they offered episodes a million-3 as a trilogy as its area of what's now the great call Wars saga, Episodes 4,5,6 released in 1977, 1980 and 1983 respectively have been named a trilogy by using fact there have been no longer concrete plans to launch any prequels or sequels as Lucas substitute into exhausted whilst they had finished. whilst human beings verify with the great call Wars Trilogy they are bearing on the orignal great call Wars video clips, or a minimum of they'd desire to be. believe some beancounter or gen y Public relatives Loser to FCUK it up!!!

I'm pretty sure 1-3 are in a box set. Check out places like www.buy.com or maybe Amazon.com.

Good Luck!

Try Circuit City. They have a lot of DVDs there. You can also try Target or Best Buy. I saw that title in the WalMart Store today.
