Soooo, who else did their good deed for mankind tonight and 'swatted an insect' ?

Really though, why do 'insects' behave like that.. .. . . Are they just just depraved souls or would you call them a 'fly-guy' ?

Like I said...

Report. Ignore. And he's gone in 48 hrs.

You ask why they behave that way? It's for the attention that we give them. In a way, we are enablers for the buffoons that want to misuse this site.

Let's all try to stop playing games with these clowns. Even if he doesn't return, someone else will take his place.

Don't answer their Q's. Don't refer to them in your own Q&A's. Report them if they're in violation of our community standards. But otherwise ignore them and shun them.

If we don't, this place becomes the digital equivalent of a grade school bathroom wall covered with grafitti.

We can do better.

It's their nature to be annoying.

Besides, can anyone tell us a reason in nature for the FLy - other than annoying others and being food for frogs and spiders (and my daughter, but she is 1, and everything on the ground goes into her mouth. . .)? I can't think of any, and I can't recall anyone knowing the reason.

What gave mankind the idea that we have to destroy or torture anything that bothers us? They were here first and we screwed up their environment... I do, at times break down and squash the little bugs, but only if I know it can harm me in any way, but why brag about it. "I just killed a living thing woohooo!!! Lets go destroy some more ecosystems..."

Actually, I find it more interesting to catch such insect in my hand, shake it vigorously, throw it on the floor, pull its wings off, then step on it.
