I agree not a great idea. But what is the U.S. to do? Sure just leave and leave behind a bloody hell that was created by our actions. I have an idea. When this was began, 71 percent of the American people were for it. Now it is something like 31 percent. What happened to the 40 percent who have changed their mind? Why not send them to Iraq and have them sort out this mess that they voted for and now know was wrong. As Colin Powel said back then, "If we break it we will have to fix it". Well if you commit a crime, you can't just say, sorry. You do the time. Pulling out all the troops and running home is probably what will happen. And what will then happen in the country that we destroyed. Everyone here in the states are so concerned with the soon to be 3000 American dead. What about the over 500,000 dead Iraqis? Hey people we broke it and now it is time to fix it. And to really fix it is going to cost you your privileged life styles and many more innocent lives. But you know what, the same dumb cowardice attitude that gave Bush the go ahead to attack another country will be the same dumb cowardice attitude that will run away and abandon a country to misery for generations to come. It is a shame what this country as sunk to. A shame.

Our media wants to make our President look like an idiot, and apparently, you agree. Ironic how the action in The Balkans was the right thing to do, and I supported President Clinton's decision 100%, but now, someone else's freedom is suddenly a dumb idea. Selling the war on WMD's that still may or may not exist, was probably not the right approach, but terrorists were, and still are, being trained in, and around, Iraq. Make no mistake, Saddam Hussein was a bigger threat to the U.S. than Milosevic was, and the entire world is a much better place without either one of them. I don't like to see war anywhere, but I'd rather see it in Iraq than New York.

The Saudi's are broadly speaking seeking to guard the Sunni's in Iraq. that's their substantial pastime interior the present quagmire in Iraq. the different subject is how the U. S. will react whilst the Saudi's are purely seeking to guard one team of the mixed inhabitants. Does the U. S. ingredient with the others or will we proceed as is and combat against the Saudi's in Iraq? If the Saudi's deliver troops it is going to be a multitude.
