Yes. Blind people can dream. If they are born blind they may not visualise the scene but will be able to dream of sound say, talks or songs etc., and other feelings. If the blindness occurred after some time or years of birth they can visualise the dreams as we have.

Since dreams are reflection of happening we experienced in our day to day life because human being have the 6th sense. Blind and other physically impaired like- deaf or dumb or blind and even mentally retarded people can dream.-

I think blind people can see in their dreams. But what they see might not be like anything we see in our dreams. Plus it depends if they have been blind all of their life or not.

If the person was not blind from birth, they would see in their dreams. If the person was blind since birth, they would "see" in their dreams like they "see" in real life.

blind people can see their dreams because they are only blind because of their eyes in dreams you see with your mind.
