A year seems kind of soon, sometimes these things just take time. In Vitro is expensive and there is only a 50-50 chance it will work. If you can afford it and feel extra urgent about getting pregnant soon, you can try In Vitro. Everyone needs to do what is right for them. I looked into In Vitro after 6 years of trying and ended up adopting because it was about the same cost wise and 100% sure to get a baby for the money. When my adopted son turned one I discovered I was pregnant. It took me 9 years of trying, but I finally got pregnant. Now I am expecting our 4th child. Good Luck to you!

The chances of falling pregnant with in-vitro is just 20%. I have tried 3 cycles and failed. It thoroughly threw all of my system out of balance, I had over hyper stimulation of the ovaries which was so severe that I had to be hospitalized, I gained a lot of weight, I was depressed as I could not conceive in spite of taking so much of trouble apart from the impact on my finance. It is so damn expensive...I will never recommend it to anyone. It took me almost 4 years now to get over it and come back to my normal self.
Believe me, if it is destined to happen it will happen. I have taken that stand now.

What have you done to get pregnant? Besides the obvious LOL. I mean are you tracking your ovulation and such. I got pregnant the first month I tried all three times I was pregnant. (I lost one) However, I used Ovulation kits, I but pillows under my butt for thirty minutes after sex. I did not use the bathroom until those thirty min. were up. We had sex every day during ovulation. If you have tried all these things and more I would chill for a few mo. and if nothing then call around and talk to some dr.s. See how long you should try for. Good luck, I remember how bad I wanted to be pg too.

No, as a general rule, invitro is not the best.
It took me 5 years to get pregnant. That was 15 years ago, and since then I have had 11 kids.
Invitro is not the answer for most women. I think we just live in too much of a hurry.
Have fun while you can, soon you will have a house full of kids, sleepless nights for the rest of your life-(because you never really stop listening out for your "babies")And then you will be trying to figure out how modern science can stop you from being pregnant again.

There are many types of fertility treatments out there; with the most expensive being IVF. Once you make an appointment with a Fertility Specialist, he/she will most likely review all available treatments and which might work best for you. IVF is usually a couple's last resort in trying to get pregnant. Most likely, you will try oral and/or injectible medications and IUI before proceeding with IVF.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a

It depends what you've tried already, and how old you are. Do you have any diagnosed problems, has your doctor run any tests? I would do some work up before jumping to IVF after only a year. Unless you're in your late 30s and can easily afford it. In addition to money, it's also a huge time commitment. Wouldn't hurt to get an evaluation from a reproductive endocrinologist and see what he says.

In vitro does have many benefits but it isn't easy. The cost is very high and you have to inject yourself for weeks in the stomach and in the rear. My husband hated shooting me in the rear but we have twins on the way soon so there are happy endings.

My wife and I tried 6 months for our third child, the other two were automatic.

You should learn NFP (natural family planning), it can pinpoint when your fertile. Have the man lay off until the time is right. And you should finish second, it help suck it up there. Then elevate your hips for 10-20 minutes. Good luck.
