That is normal. Usually vaginal discharge is clear OR whiteish. You have nothing to worry about as long as it doesn't have a odor because that might mean infection and if it does you should see a doctor. Other than that you are fine!

I'm an 18 year old dude, and even I know that's the thing that normally happens when there's a lot of germs inside. I forget the technical term of it, but it's natural. Men have it too, just not as dominant as women.
Oh, and it should smell funny.
And stop listening to the other people here. You are not ovulating, you do not have STDs, you are not pregnant. It's just your body trying to reject some germs.
Gosh.

Just call your dr's office and ask. They can explain over the phone if you need to come in or not. If you don't have a dr. then call a nurse line (look in the phone book under physicians or hospitals) and ask. It really doesn't sound like much is going on, but if you just have to know then this really isn't a good place to get real answers about that sort of thing.

its normal to have a thicker discharge. Your body goes through cycles and the discharge gets thicker and thinner as you go through your cycle. it usually starts out thin and more clear and gets thicker as you get closer to your period. If it has changed however, if its different than usual i would go to the gyno or a clinic. if you haven't been involved in risky sexual activity it is probably nothing.

If this is a change for you and it is normally clear it could be a sign of bacterial vaginosis. It could also be the sign of an STD but no necessarily. See your doc to be sure.
