I don't think so. Naomi had a punctured lung, but healed fast. Locke has a bullet in roughly the same place. Thing is, if Locke survives, how comes the guy whose body he fell on top of, a guy with a bullet to the head, didn't? Locke is too special too unique. That stuff, the powdery stuff, seems to be trapping Jacob.. Jacob needs Lockes Help. Jacob, as he know from what Mikhail, etc have said, is a fundementally good person/being/thing. We also know ben doesn't really see him. Locke did see and hear him (see lostpedia) Thus, Locke is far too special and important to let go. Also, I think his father, the one Sawyer killed, is in reality a clone, as are the corpses found by the ocean rescue folks who found the plane.
