Grammar Question please HELP!!!!?

i love having a person like you to look up to

does it mean that i look up to the person I'm writing to or does it mean that i look up to someone who is similar to him.

It means that you love having someone SIMILAR to that person. In other words, that specific person has the qualities within him or her that you like, so you respect this and look up to these sorts of things.
