Maybe hemmorhoid. Common in pregnancy, but tell her to have her doc check it out in case it's thrombosed or something. Otherwise witch hazel works really well for relief, or a cold compress. Tell her to ask doc before using Preparation H or anything.

Hi there, I think it is your hormones talking. If your husband has the money and you look forward to having the kids, then there is in my mind no reason for guilty feelings. The world is not a fair place and we can't give everyone what they want. But if you have it, hey good for you. I believe sincerely that if you have no decent job and you are signing on or struggle with life, you shouldn't have kids. Its not fair and it is selfish if people believe it is their given right to have kids. It is not. It is something you earn and it seems as you have struggled in earlier life you deserve what you've got. You know who should feel guilty? People with 10+ kids who don't work and sponge off all of us. However not you. Make yourself a nice cup of tea and enjoy what you are getting. Be selfish. Heck, people worry too much, especially when there is no need. ;o)

It is probably a hemmoroid. You are especially prone to get them when you are pregnant because of the extra weight while sitting down. A warm bath usually helps and they can just go away on their own. Have her ask her doctor before she uses and over the counter medication, sometimes you are not supposed to use them.

It's not a pimple, It's a haemorrhoid. They are very common during pregnancy and should subside with some time. She needs to tell her doctor so he can suggest to her what to use.

Could be a hemorrhoid or a pimple. Warm compresses will help and if it is a hemorrhoid, tucks pads.

It could be pressure from her pregnancy,warm soak baths might help it out or warm compresses-poor thing how awful-I hope she gets better!
