It's a good question. The only water cooler comedy where I work is Family Guy and even that's limited to a very few of us. The Office is good and 30 Rock has potential, but, as far as mass appeal goes, there isn't a replacement.

Two and a half men, Old Christine, How I met your mother, good show, stupid name, King of Queens, what I really miss cuz they aged was the Andy Griffith show, didn't like Mayberry RFD.

I only know that friends was replaced by "Joey". Don't remember about the other ones.
