What security warning page ? You're not being clear, but if i am correct the warning page you're talking about is from IE. All you need to do is put a checkmark in the small box in lower left corner that said something "Do Not Warn Me in the future" and that's all there is.

Your PC is infected with a browser hijacker. Use these scans to remove it.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free. After you install any of them, make sure you update them to get the full affect.

AVG Removes I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

We just went through the same thing ... and it only affect IE ... Now what we did was got Firefox and deleted IE and we also reformatted the PC ... Your pc has been hijacked! And there is no spyware that we got that got rid of it! NONE! Get rid of IE and fast before they hack your harddrive to crap! Firefox is good and so many are going to it now! But download Firefox before you uninstall IE as Firefox will pull your bookmarks in from IE for you.

Sounds very much like your computer is infected with the Zlob Trojan. Zlob Trojan generates 'Critical System Alert' and other fake warning messages, then tries to force you into buying rogue antispyware products. To remove these message and the trojan that generates them, download and scan your PC with SpyNoMore, it is the most accurate program in detecting zlob infections.

it extremely is not rebooting. you're reformatting. particular that eliminates them, yet that gets somewhat tense. in simple terms get Microsoft risk-free practices necessities or Avast! homestead version. they're going to safeguard you from maximum viruses, yet no software in the international will end each little thing.
