When I went ot Vitamin World, they actually pulled up a list of em, and one of the major ones is called VITEX (Chasteberry) They have either liquid or caplets. I recommend caps. Anyways, they call this "Natures Clomid" because it actually can regulate ovulation. I should know, I take it. Right after I take it I can feel my ovaries hurting I swear. Mostly Vitamin World carries ir or anyplace they sell Vitamins (besides Jewel or Dominicks, I have checked both stores) Let me know how it helps ya out!!!!
