When dealing with two fractions (or more) of differing values, you always get the 'bottom figures (can't remembfer technical name) into a matching one, by multiplying the two together or dividing one into the other, if they are divisible. In this case, 100 is divisible by 20, giving 5 as a result. You then multiply the 'top' number by the amount you divided with.
If you had simply multiplied both, you would have got 2000 for the lower figure and 800 for the top figure. To get back to hundredths, you divide both by 20 - and get 40/100.
