Cannot how to run?

Enter Start - Control Panel - Internet Options -

There, select the tab named "Security". Select Internet and select the level "Medium-High" or "Medium". Press Apply and OK. That should solve your problem- But cannot how to run Apply !!!

You are going to have to tell us more. Are you not able to select 'apply'?

u should select low as security

Click the "Okay" button instead. It automatically does "apply" and closes the options menu.
