ive been training for almost a year and i feel pretty close to my trainer....should i get him a little something for xmas?

oh yes, i gave to my mail man, my garbage man, and the guys that fix my car. People who you don't normally give gifts to, or tip.
i love my hair stylist, but she gets a huge tip every time i go there, so i skipped her.
if you don't know what to get them lottey tickets, or restaurant gift cards are the way to go.

ask yourself the following questions:
how frequent you hit the gym with the trainer per week?
how close are both of you in terms of friendship?
then pick a gift appropriate for your trainer without embarrasing the both of you.
