really doesn't matter what is for. I just need a couple of certificates to hang on my wall. I don't want the kind you make, and put what ever you want, I want one for reals.

You can become CPR certified. There are several websites that certify you and will send you a certificate in the mail. Here is one that gives you a certificate: http://www.firstaidweb.com/

Well, you can get one but you cannot sell real estate with it because you have to get licensed with the State in which you live or wish to sell real estate in.
