"WHAT ELSE CAN U USE" for what?
You didn't state your objective.
When asking what else you can do besides birth control (all options come under the category of borth control), the only thing left is logically "no birth control". In other words, use your natural God-given equipment (body, mind and intelligence).
Use your intelligence to have sex and produce a child only when you are in a stable committed lifelong relationship (i.e. marriage) with a reasonable social, economic and political foundation. Otherwise abstain entirely.
NOTHING can beat that.
There is no *reasonable* alternative to this.

I even have chanced on that the vaginal contraceptive action picture is the least nasty, least unsightly over the counter technique of delivery administration. None of it particularly is sweet and you could opt to attend until after any oral to place it in, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not too undesirable. stable success!

The man can pull out before ejaculating. There's also the "rhythm" method.
