Go with him and dance the best way you can. Before that, ask him to teach you. If he likes you, he won't be judging you on your dancing. However, to get yourself more comfortable, consider learning to dance - this situation will repeat itself many times.

Go ahead for it. The dance is not all about the dance, but a social. You will not be judged for how you dance, you will just get yourself a good time with yr friends. Also there's that guy you like.

Hey Don't worry at all. Dancing isn't about how 'good' you are at all. Dancing is about fun/relating/being with others. Just say, like it isn't a big deal, that you aren't too good and well, that's you and go have fun!!!!

tell him ahead of time that you are not a very good dancer and that you will be self-conscious dancing. Ask him to teach you a few simple dance steps beforehand,

apparently you cant spell either. try not going to the dance and get some tutoring since I don't want to support your ignorant ghetto a*s when you drop out and go on welfare.
