YES!!!!!Especially since I live in an apt. complex and I pick my dog's up every time!!!!Why are other dog owners so special and not have to?Because it's their stuff I'm stepping in!!!!!Uggg!People!!!!!

Ahh yes!!!!!!! I hate step in crap, especially now seeing my neighbors let their dog ---- all over my landscape. really sucks!
