right to bare arms? i believe it's right to bear arms and it's the 2nd amendment- it means people are allowed to own a gun or other weapon.

the fifth amendment is rights of the accused: the right to due process, and a speedy public trial by a jury, the right to refrain from self-incrimination- or giving evidence that makes you look guilty, and the protection of never being brought to trial twice for the same crime.

Reserved powers of the people- the 9th amendment, means that the people have other rights too, and just because they are not listed doesn't mean they don't exist.

if you need more help- use my source. good luck

The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments. Right to bear arms is #2, Accused person is # 5 and 6, and Reserved to the people is #10.

And what they mean exactly has never been completely revealed. Good luck.

The Right to Bear Arms is in the Bill of Rights. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "resvered powers to the people." It doesn't make sense. Rights of an accused derive from case law, i.e. Miranda v. Arizona.
Pick one and look it up.

I don't know what grade you are in, but I wonder why you selected something you not only don't know, but something you cannot find:(
With that being said, you can go to Yahoo and just type in those topics one at a time and you will go right to your issues.
Good luck
