Nah. Socks don’t make any difference at all. Unlike most clothing brands, nearly all socks look the same. Besides, people rarely see your socks why spend extra money to get “branded” socks? Same goes for underwear I guess; no one but yourself really sees them, so why bother getting fancy or expensive brands of underwear or socks? As a mater of fact, I just bought some nice ankle socks at Big Lots just earlier today. Who cares where you get your socks or what the packaging looked like?

Yes, I try to limit myself to Nike, but for school, I wear whatever is in the campus uniform store, and that stuff is generally high quality. I know some people like having their socks a specific way, and some generic brands have cheap materials, and that bothers me. But It all depends on the person I guess.

I didn't even know they made 'name brand' socks...
Who the heck would even know that, or have it as a major topic for conversation... wow - I'm so very out of touch with reality...
That's pretty much a kick - if you can afford the socks, and you like them for some reason - that's pretty much your business...
And if that's the big thing your friends make fun of you for - that's pretty cool...

I love Hanes her way, and JC penny has nice socks. I go for comfort and fit. and the most dense fiber. I am a guy but I love to wear nice feminine things. Socks are one thing I can wear and no one will know.
