Directeur de l'etat Civil...I just went today! I recommend that you go in person than send by post or fax...from experience...from getting my 3rd child B certificate today...it is much faster to go in person at 2050 rue De Bleury. I know it sound weird, you would think it the Gov. it's always long, with lines and numbers...but there it is fast! You can fill up any documents there. Today it took me 30 minutes all together to do the whole thing. It cost 15$ for the B certificate (that you will get it in 3 weeks or more) or 35$ (that you will get it in 6 working days) Be carefull they are close for holiday this friday (the 22nd). Don't forget to bring 2 IDs, one with picture (like a passport) one with address (like driver's licence or utility bill).
