They're for my mom--she's in her early fifties. Any ideas of department stores or anything?? I don't like what they have at JC Penney.

I work at Macy's and they have a good variety of jammies for old ladies. You can also try Sears they carry a few things for older ladies also.

Well I don't think Victoria Secrets is the place for your Mom, the PINK brand probably isn't her style.

I would definitely check out Macys. It's a really good department store for finding cute pajamas without the outrageous price.

Or also Old Navy. It seems like a place for the kids bet it has pretty good prices for all ages. Also try Target or Kohls. Good luck! =]

First of all, is she fashion conscious? Because the answer to that will lead in the direction of how much you may want to spend. Second, what kind does she like? Consider what she already has. You may want to get something in her favorite color in the exact same fabric she uses now. Most probably, if she wears her pjs a lot, she really likes how they feel on her skin. For example, my mother wears knits all the time, but I like cotton flannel only in the wintertime. Lastly, really listen to her whenever she talks about what she likes, even if its a very casual remark. You can always use that information for another gift on down the line. Have fun!

I got the best pair of pajamas from Target. It's the exiliharation line. They are comfortable, soft, light and I'm sure affordable. If you go there, make sure you get the fuzzy socks to go with them. They were the icing on the cake.

Victorias Secret has all types of pajamas for $30-something PLUS you get a free fragrance set...You used to get a free pair of matching slippers but I see now that offer has expired. : (

They have flannel pj's which are super soft...I have quite a few pairs of these (I'm a mom)

They also have the T-Shirt material pj's with the matching slippers. They come all wrapped up really cute and VS gift wraps for free. Your mom would love a pair of these!!

Check them out on their website!

I say macy's. They have quality items and you could get the same things at Victoria's Secret, but without the label and half the price!

Victoria's Secret has the cutest pajamas! Plus, their online store often has extra sales/free shipping. It also has selections that aren't available in store.
