It has 2 5-pin conectors with red, white, green, and black wires. Model number is UISDMC4S. Please help thanks.

Update: It is an internal unit. I have the manual for my motherboard, but it is 20 miles away right now. I don't have a cd or manual for the reader.

You should go get the manual that you have for your motherboard. If you put the wires on the wrong pins on the motherboard, there is a high chance that you will damage the motherboard and/or the card reader/writer. There is no way to tell which wires go where without the manual because every motherboard is different.

i have a card reader too.. i know that if u bought one it comes with a cd driver.. u have to install it and plug the card reader on ur computer and its all ready to use...
