I see a lot of lifted trucks that have what appear to be "balls" hanging from either the trailer hitch or under the back bumper. I have seen blue, white, red and even silver ones. What exactly are they and why do guys put them on there? Thanks.

Yes I think they are supposed to be scrotums, they are fleshy pink where I live. I think it's the same as crack dealers walking pit bulls with big balls. Men with tiny balls are attracted to powerful things with big balls.
