A high quality woman is one who knows who she is and what she wants out of life. Also known as someone with a lot of self confidence. She's not self-absorbed or egotistical; rather, she is secure in her own self enough to have a healthy curiosity about you and be able to appreciate your positive qualities without being clouded by insecurity or her own inadequacies. She is someone very enjoyable to be around because she carries no baggage and therefore can enjoy the moment and be carefree in her joy of life. That's not high maintenance; it's living life to it's fullest.

High maintenance is a woman full of self doubt and insecurities and needs constant reassurance that she has value, but can't really process it because she feels it lacks sincerity. She is constantly trying to improve her self confidence by using others as her mirror on her self where she will always come up short. She holds things like money, clothes, prestige, and job titles as the only ways to achieve success and doesn't understand why her wish for acceptance will never be fulfilled.

She should be of sound mind and body and understands the difference between looking a million without spending a million.
High maintenance usually are spoilt arrogant delusional women, and will not consider your needs or try to work with you, in a relationship with such a woman it will be all about her, and she might dump you without a backward glance when someone wealthier will come along.

Maybe appearance wise, but also high-maintenance can also be emotional.

In my opinion a high quality woman is one with integrity and self worth.

She's proud to be a woman and knows how special and important she is. She knows how to treat the people around her especially her loved ones and lets them know how much they mean to her.
