Oh gosh....... yes. It's why I teach school. I guess I see things more clearly through the eyes of a child than I ever will as an adult. It all makes so much more sense. It's when we grow up and "think we have it all figured out" that nothing seems to be logical anymore at all.
I think I do well in the classroom because I DO see things as kids see them. If you can relate to the kids.... they will listen to you. We laugh and joke and tease and ponder and share and fantasize...... all while we are learning. It's not childish at all. Because those kids walk out of that room knowing ten times more than they did before..... because it all made sense in the way they understand. :)

It all boils down to looking at life though the eyes of innocence...loving like you've never been hurt....believing when you've been given so many reasons not to...being kind even though you have had so many be unkind to you....
These are all mature acts...you can see the world through the eyes of a child by keeping a pure heart....in a very grown up manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hhhmmm...Sadly, this question reminds me of my new job. I work in the Alzheimer's unit of an Assisted Living Center. The people in my unit get excited when they can grip a ball, or eat a cookie. Unfortunately, most of them have no idea who they are, or where they are.

Yes, it's very possible. I do that quite a bit.....it helps me to remember what life is really all about, in a way.
