No, unless you get pay as you go, then you can be under 18. Contracts usually require a credit check, which means you have to have credit and be 18 or older.

NO, you can either have Pay - and - talk

you NEED to have a credit card to take out a contract

I believe there is a company that can. I think I remember reading that Cingular has no minimal age to when you can sign up for prepaid. Do not take my word for it though, because I am not sure.

not actually any contract but you can for prepaid. theres this new company cricket that is kinda neat and they say 16 and older. but no major companies like verizion or sprint
