Infant Mortality - 48th...
I believe the Statue of Liberty still says, "give us your tired and poor and hungry"...not your rich and powerful. Simply put, if you don't have money in America you are not important and your voice will never be heard.

Amnesty International has also listed Saudi Arabia as one of the biggest violaters of human rights and a terrorist regime in itself. But, when the Saudi Royal family has 1,000,000,000,000.00 invested in the USA, I guess it's easy to say, 'Who cares what those commies think" All they'll do is hijack some planes and attack our country.

Well... If we weren't number one, then I seriously doubt you would have been worked up enough to write this question, for one thing. Amnesty international is a great organization that works very hard to help people around the world, but they are not an unbiased or reliable news source.

Actually the British and/or Romans were probably the most arrogant, but you do have a point. According to our rankings in health care, literacy, etc. we should probably be the 40 something best nation, not to impressive.

It sure does that...however once they're here, they need to work hard to make a living...that's called **EXPLETIVE ALERT** personal responsibility. They can't rely on the taxpayers to provide for them. The world doesn't owe them a living.
