Ive been informed that we are going skiing in Red River, NM. for New years. I remember going a couple of years ago and I think I knocked the elevation down a few feet as many times as I fell, lol. I even ripped my belly button ring out, (not completley out, just broke the top clear off, ouch!) they had to send a medic to bring me down the mountian because I was exhausted from falling so much...lmao. I skied as well as a pro almost my husband says, the only problem was, I couldnt stop! It was scary yet very unforgetable. I am looking forward to going back and maybe I'll be able to overcome that mountain this time!

Whats your unforgetable vacation experiance?

My family has been vacationing in Nags Head, North Carolina, ever since I was nine or ten years old. I don't think I have a favorite, because they were all great, but I did love the one summer when my grandparents and I drove to North Beach in Currituck and saw wild horses. I will never forget it. Another summer, we drove all the way to Ocracroke Island. On the way there, we went to Hatteras Island and Pea Island. There's a wildlife refuge on Pea Island, and the beautiful sight and tranquility of the open land was breathtaking. A Kodak moment. We drove our car onto a ferry to get to Ocracroke Island (there's no bridge or road connecting travellers to this island; only boats and ferries) and it was a cool experience. I miss Nags Head; we're not going next summer, but I hope someday we will return for another unforgettable vacation.
