That depends on where you live and the style you like to were. Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Macy's (clearance rack), Sears, JCPenney, Conways, Rainbow, Easy Pickins, Good Guys, Fashion Bug, Old Navy, Dr. Jays (Ladies store), Gap (clearance rack), Rave, G&G, Lola's, etc. You could also try local mom and pop clothing store. Be careful and check the quality of the material. The cheaper the store the worse the quality. Check the stitching, seams, buttons, tags, washing instuctions (dry clean only will cost you money), length of pants(having skirts/pants fixed cost money), etc. There are plenty more stores to check out. Have fun and don't risk quality for cost. Name brand doensn't always mean the best.

Honestly, there are some great finds at you local thrift store; you just need to take the time to look. There is also a store called "Gabriel Brothers" in some states that sells mall clothing for very cheap prices. Once again, you have to take the time to look. :)

In several stores, you can also find discount racks toward the back. Then you can find the styles you want in the stores you like. But do remember to treat yourself once in a while.

Where I live there is a shop called "Discovery", you can find alot of different stuff there, also a place called "Dots". All very cheap, some of the clothes are crap, but some are okay. Check out if there are any near you, good luck. Fashion Bug is pretty cheap as well.

Old Navy they are cheap and cute. Do you have a Plato's Closet. They sell used but very good condition clothes for cheap.

Also this time of year, check the sale racks. Good buys.

previous army has some extremely gorgeous toddler/toddler clothing, as does Carter's and maximum outlet branch shops have a Carters shop. Costco also has some extremely gorgeous clothing for a good cost. Costco is likewise a good position to purchase diapers. For length a million you get over 250 for $30.

clearance everywhere!

or take a friend with you to your local thrift store. it's no fun to thrift by yourself. but it is fun to thrift with a friend.
try on thing that you wouldn't normally try on, imagine wearing it with some of the clothes you already own.
the great thing about fashion right now is that even though there are some fads, as long as something is cute and looks good on you it's totally wearable. you may have to branch out and wear something that you wouldn't always wear. make up your own new style.

JCPenney, Old Navy, and Kohl's are really dependable. I also like The Gap, they're not that bad. Limited Too for young women are really great too, when they have sales and everything.
