Sounds pretty good. I would suggest going to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you work out 4 days straight and take a few off, you may over-work your muscles and then baby them. Which could be harmful if you work out when your muscles are still recovering.

The protein shakes are a great thing to add. Try to eat more meats, steak of course is the best. Stick to your fruits as well.

You may want to be more specific on your workouts for legs. Also, depending on how long you want to work out, you should do many different kinds of workouts for your biceps and chest, not just one exercise for each.

DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH!
Stretching will make the muscles get more blood to them which will add a nice touch when you're working out.

I went from 145 at 6'1" and barely able to bench 135 lbs. to 210 with 5% body fat and benching 310 in 2 years.
I started slowly for about 2 months. Then I started splitting my workouts. I feel that an extremely intense workout for each major muscle group works best. For example, I worked out on a 5 day schedule. Chest only for one day. Back the next day. Shoulders and traps the next day. Legs the next. Then Arm DAY!!! Then I rest for a day. Always warm up and go heavy (while maintaining form). I would approach my max nearly everytime I worked out. After going through this cycle for about 2 months, I would take two rotations with higher reps to rest the muscles. I would take a step back in my strength levels, but I would also avoid the annoying plateau that I would reach. Usually, a month after I started back heavy again, I would bypass my previous best lifts. Also, I never did reps higher than 10 (other than a warmup). Mostly, I aimed at reps between 4-6 with heavy weight. Hit the back hard, you can put a lot of weight on there.

Hi, I received a four toes x two toes tank for my dragon and it burdened him out in the beginning, he would not consume and simply sat in his conceal for a couple of days, as soon as he will get used to his new atmosphere he'll love the additional room he has to run approximately,so do not allow a transitority downer placed you off.
