Tiger eye is considered a power stone while Pink Quartz is considered dealing with concerns of the heart and blood.
In pagan ritual, the combination is supposed to heal cancers of the blood, as I understand it.
But the use of stone and crystal for healing has no scientific backing other than placebo.

You will quickly heal the checking account of whoever fraudulently sold you the crystals. They will do nothing for you.

I wouldn't combine crystals - use them one at a time - they work better that way.
